Arts and Music A guide to Glasgow festivals

  1. Audience at Aye Write event
    Aye Write! and Wee Write!

Glasgow’s Book Festivals are a one off experience no matter your age. Aye Write! features some of the best new books each year alongside debate and conversation. No two editions are ever the same. Wee Write! is aimed at the young book lover but it’s just as often their responsible adults that are laughing along or joining in. Each Wee Write! event is aimed at a specific age group and designed to fire the imagination. Based largely at the Mitchell Library they are held in early spring with individual events throughout the year.
